Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your sticker scenes. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Sticker sheets that have been peeled, applied, or partially used cannot be returned, as they cannot be resold.
How to start a return
Email us at support@unistickerscene.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful, especially for damaged or defective items. We'll reply within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) with return instructions.
Please do not send items back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be processed.
Return shipping costs
- If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost, or we may simply send a replacement without requiring a return.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a refund for the original order and place a new one.
