This website is operated by UNI SCENE CRAFTED LIMITED, trading as Uni Sticker Scene ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong under Business Registration No. 81139911, with its registered office at Flat 1506, 15/F, Cheung Fung Commercial Building, 21-25 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to purchase from this store, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be accurate.

Product images are for illustration. Sticker sets are handmade craft products; minor variation in cutting, colour, and finish is normal and is not considered a defect.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where the order appears to be placed by a reseller or distributor. If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

5. Product safety and intended use

Our sticker scene sets contain small parts and paper components. They are not suitable for children under 3 years of age without adult supervision. Age guidance shown on individual product pages should be followed.

6. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

7. Prohibited uses

You may not use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, or to collect personal information about other users.

All designs, artwork, product photography, text, and branding on this site are the property of UNI SCENE CRAFTED LIMITED or our licensors, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
