Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Where orders ship from
Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner in mainland China.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — customs processing, weather, and carrier delays can extend transit times, particularly during peak seasons.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $39 USD
- Orders under $39 USD are charged a flat shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Where such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or control these amounts.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at support@unistickerscene.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
